Whether singing, playing guitar, ukulele or mandolin , Angela Meyer & William Cox’s relaxed banter and gift for story telling makes their music both interesting and memorable. Their much anticipated second album ‘Dance of the Copper Trail’ (2017) is being hailed as their best work yet.
There will of course be floor spots too, so come along sing a song! We welcome performers from all corners of the folk spectrum. It is advisable to arrive at 7:30pm to put your name on the list.

The normal TOOTING FOLK night is on hold due to venue issues but we are pleased to confirm that it will be back on in the usual room at the Selkirk on September 2nd!

Master of song Jim Murray is joined by Alex Szyzskowski (concertina, melodeon, mandolin) Davie Wooldrige (fiddle) Chris Dyer (fiddle, nyckelharpa) & Lis Stewart (duet concertina, fiddle & keyboards) to make lively music and plenty of laughs with a strong Geordie flavour.
There will be floor spots too, so get your singing shoes on!
