Sorry guys, I know it’s been a while since we’ve had a Tooting Folk session, for a variety of reasons. I had hoped to be working on setting up some live gigs again but, alas, it was not to be.

So, since we’re going back into lockdown I thought I’d restart the sessions on a monthly basis on the first Saturday of the month, like the live gigs used to be.

The set-up is the same as before – if you want to join, just download Zoom (if you haven’t already) and then click the link below:

You’ll be placed in a ‘meeting room’ and then I’ll accept your entry to the Zoom meeting.

Trying to avoid gatecrashers so if I don’t know you or someone else can’t vouch for you I might send a message to you before accepting you just to check.

We’ll be hosting the Zoom meeting from 7:30pm – send me a chat message in the application if you want to play/sing a song and I’ll sign you up. Music will kick off at 8pm, just like the normal events. We’ll finish sometime after 11pm.

Check you have “use Original Sound” activated on Zoom. If you have a decent microphone and/or camera, do use it!
